The Human Resources Management System (HRMS) is a central digital platform that brings together all the essential data, tools, and applications needed for the effective management of public sector personnel. Its purpose is to modernize the way human resources are monitored, organized, and developed across the entire Greek Public Administration.

All information within the system is entered and verified directly by the Personnel Directorates of each public body, ensuring reliability and transparency. Data is continuously updated in real time, giving decision-makers, administrators, and the wider public an accurate picture of the staffing situation at any given moment.

The data are categorized by:

Type of entity:
Personnel of Ministries, Independent Authorities, Decentralized Administrations, Local Government Organizations of the 1st and 2nd Degree, as well as supervised Legal Entities of Public Law and Private Law Entities that belong to the General Government.

Type of personnel:

  • Ordinary staff of the public sector, i.e. permanent employees/officials, employees under private law contracts of indefinite duration, employees with a salaried mandate and employees appointed for a term in office who become permanent after the expiry of the term (teaching and research staff-DEP, doctors of the NHS, special guards).

  • Non-Ordinary Staff : Fixed term with limited duration, Hourly paid, project contracts etc.
